The Decade coincided with the 27th+ anniversary of the establishment of EAS Vietnam IHHR Institute, with the first Chancellor being appointed in 1995. To mark this significant milestone in the institution’s history, the Decade Project was established with the primary aim of enabling the Institution to proudly and publicly support its ambitious vision to become an International Institute of Higher Leadership, Higher Education, Higher human resource studies. These are relevant to the needs and aspirations of contemporary Leaders, learners and the community of the 21st century
