EAS VIETNAM INTERNATIONAL HIGHER LEADERSHIP & ADMINISTRATION STUDIES

To help HR Leaders, the IHRA & IHRM system fulfill its mission. EAS Vietnam has built the G23.0 GENERATION GLOBAL HUMAN MANAGEMENT & BUILDING TRAINING program. The IHRA and IHRM G23.0 programs of EAS Vietnam exclusively built on the principles of the Global Economic Theory and the EAS IHHRM G23.0 Global Human Resources standard will be the answer to the challenging problem of era in Vietnam and other countries on the way of global integration and development. IHRA & IHRM G23.0 is especially for individuals and organizations who want to elevate their organization and build a world-class brand for competition and sustainable development.

TRAINING GOALS

 

The training program "International Human Resource Managers G23.0" is built to remove the boundaries between human resource managers in Vietnam and international. The program is trained in English or Vietnamese depending on the needs and capabilities of the students.

A. Experienced learners: Equip strategic planning capabilities, solutions and tools, expertises in international human resource system management. The course will help learners become a true and effective global professional or Director of International Organizational Human Resources Management (IHRA).

B. Inexperienced learners: Equip knowledge and skills so that people without knowledge and experience in human resource management can imagine the positions, roles, tasks, functions, tasks to be done and international organization human resource management strategy. The course will help learners become a true and effective regional professional or Director of International Organization for Human Resources (IHRM).

TRAINING LEVELS OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

At EAS Vietnam, on the basis of the General Economic Theory and the EAS IHHRM G23.0 Global Human Resource Standard, EAS Vietnam has built two training levels for the International Human Resource Management field:

International Human Resource Management (strategy - IHRA) and International Human Resource Management (Operation - IHRM) with 03 titles of Human Resource Management.

SUBJECTS THAT REGISTER TO PARTICIPATE IN TRAINING

With our capacity, EAS Vietnam confidently provides and successfully train both groups of subjects participating in the G23.0 International Human Resources Director training program:

A. Learners having experience in managing the HR department: The group of learners are CEOs, Chiefs, Deputy Chiefs of Human Resources, Assistant Leaders of organizations.

B. Inexperienced learners: Learners who want to be the International Human Resources Director, start working in the field of Human Resources or International administration, candidates of International Human Resource Management Positions.

TRAINING CONTENTS

The subjects will equip knowledge and tools to serve the set objectives of the program "International Human Resource Management G23.0" with 4 contents and two models (Human Management Model IHRA Global and the International IHRM Human Resource Model G23.0)

Content 1: IHRA Global Human Resource Management Philosophy G23.0 and International Model of Human Resource Management IHRM G23.0

The EAS IHHRM G23.0 Global High-Level Human Resources and Overall Economic Doctrine specifies:

The IHRA Global Human Resource Management Philosophy G23.0 will change the perceptions of Governance as well as the whole society about People, Leadership G23.0, Organization or Business. The doctrine also shows the ways and tools we can practice to become a global leader.

The IHRA Global Human Resources Management Philosophy G23.0 will help to restructure the world's classic Management Models to the G23.0 Governance Model with 5 processes and 4 principles of Management Leadership. The model of global organization or business will be streamlined with 5 decision pillars, also known as the Global Pillar Governance Model G23.0.

The Leader's highest goal is to make the team "self-conscious." The slogan "Self-consciousness is the kingdom of freedom" is both "principle" and "humanity" for both the Leader and the Executor to follow.

 

Content 2: G23.0 strategy

The subjects in this content will provide breakthrough strategies and strategic models for international individuals and organizations. 

Content 3: G23.0 organization

The mission of the Leadership organization is to build up the EAS International Higher Human Resource Management (IHHRM) G23.0 Worldwide systems and standards for automatic operation of the apparatus.

The main contents of the Organizational courses will provide G23.0 management tools and models such as 4 principles of Operations Administration, KPI, HRM.

The most important goal of the Organization and Leadership Work is how to create the power of the organization. Organization's power is the strength created by the solidarity, unanimity, joint hands and effective cooperation of each member, team, department in the organization, Viet Anh, B.P (2010).

Content 4: Culture G23.0

This content provides subjects that will give learners the tools to truly “recognize” and “portray” an outstanding global leader. With the Lean Management Principle, we will "transform" all of the Leaders' abilities into "driving force", "attraction", "role model" to lead individuals and organizations to follow to achieve the target on a huge success.

Culture is both the framework foundation and the operating system in the operating apparatus. Culture includes: Brand and Style, Leadership Culture, Changing Leadership, Leadership Principle.

 

MODE OF DELIVERY

EAS Vietnam conducts training for individuals and organizations with the following main methods:

Online training

Case-study model training of learners to ensure the best time, place, study format and content according to learners' requirements.

Face to Face in house

Case-study training with global EAS IHHRM G23.0 standard. With the schedule agreed upon between the learner and the lecturer at EAS Vietnam campuses

Integrated training

Trainings combine Offline and Online. Combining training with system and strategy consulting helps increase the capital of the organization's ecosystem. Also control all situations.

Case-study in house

Case-study model training of learners to ensure the best time, place, study format and content according to learners' requirements.
