EAS IHHRM G23.0 Global standard is an EAS Vietnam's Exclusive for higher global human resource standard that based on the foundation of General Economic theory. EAS IHHRM G23.0 stands for: International Higher Human Resource Management Qualification Framework G23.0 that Phuong Viet Anh (Michael Bui) - Father of the General Economic Theory of invention from the 90s of the 20th century.

The International Higher Human Resource Management Qualifications Framework (EAS IHHRM G23.0)

The EAS IHHRM G23.0 is formed the International Higher Human Resource training system G23.0 international standard system of high quality human resource is a system of facilities for evaluating higher leadership and administration according to international evaluation standards taught by organizations, universities or institutions. International occupation associations used in higher human resource training standard according to higher human resource requirements that meet the stringent standards of the global labor market. Higher Human Resource learners become global citizens in terms of competency and developed competitive skills. In particular, EAS Vietnam is a higher human resource training institution that initiates and applies these standards in the global Leadership and administration in Vietnam and in the world.

The international Qualification standard system provides different levels of assessment of competencies and human resource indices between human resource groups and minimum of groups requirements. Each level in the evaluation framework must ensure criteria on the amount of knowledge, skills acquired as well as the level of application of knowledge and skills that trained personnel achieve at each level of training. However, through EAS Vietnam research, Vietnam has found that these standards lead to the assessment and ranking of higher human resource in two levels in ascending order in terms of human resource indexes: First line and middle managers ( EAS IHRM (IHRA) G23.0); higher managers (EAS IHHRM G23.0).
